Ananda Yoga Studio is expanding it's walls to help make Svaroopa® Yoga more available to you!We are now offering private yoga classes & private yoga therapy sessions at Avena Wellness Center in Putnam, CT on Monday & Friday mornings as well as at Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine of Sturbridge, MA on Tuesday mornings.
Introductory Class
Sundays 5:30-7:00pmThis class features the important 15-20 primary spinal opening poses that form the foundations of the Svaroopa® Yoga practice. Designed to introduce you to the core basic poses and principles of Svaroopa® Yoga this class will provide easy directions and explanations and clear demonstrations when needed.
